its about this guys who thinks that he has been wrongfully charged because his attorny did not tell him the lijistics of the case youll learn about "grosss negligence"

seemed as though the u.s. court of appeals was saying that just because you wrote this petition doesnt mean your going to get what u asked for pluss it should have gone down the chain of commands.
and i would like to know why if they are aleins- criminals why the hell are we letting them back in the U.S.
